We had our 35-week ultrasound yesterday morning. After all of our worries, our perinatologist told us that Isla’s CCAM has actually started shrinking, and as this is the case, he declared us officially “graduated” from his office.
Isla is still head down (I would never have guessed that with her butt digging into my ribs for the last week), weighed in at 5 lb. 1 oz., and is 32% for growth for her gestational age. I’m not including any of the snaps from her u/s this time, because she’s so big, she barely fit on the screen and we really didn’t get any good shots. We did see a little bit of hair on her head on the ultrasound, though, which was pretty freaking cool, and we got a good shot of her nose, which is definitely Kellen’s.
So excited to finally see her not as a grainy outline on a screen in a few weeks. Let’s see some hustle, February! I’m ready for March!
