For the purposes of this Agreement, “consideration” and any definition thereof shall be defined on a case-by-case basis, which may be mutually agreed upon in writing and, where applicable, applicable. For the purposes of this Agreement, “we”, “us” or “tradition” shall be deemed to be the tradition Group company, referred to in clause 2, which provides you with the service from time to time.
