Each Party shall allow access to the other Party`s confidential information only to persons who have entered into a written confidentiality agreement with the other Party on such restrictive terms as those set out therein and (b) who, in accordance with their obligations, require access to the other Party in connection with the rights of the other Parties under this Agreement. For an explanation of this agreement, please see the Surview of Consulting Agreements File. The Company retains the creative rights to all materials, data and similar objects of origin established by the Company under this Agreement, in connection with the Services under this Agreement. All services and software used by the company are at all times the exclusive property of the company and, under no circumstances, does the customer have any interest or right to ownership of such materials or software.
